Sheep's Head Meal (Skaapkop Ete)
Yes that's right,
we eat sheep's head on a wooden board. This is a traditional South-African
delicacy, a baked sheep's head.
Once a year we have
a big sheep's head meal at the Platberg Club were we eat baked sheep's heads
& tripe. Ohhh, OK and we have some curry and rice for those with objections
against the real delicacy's.
These evenings are
attended by members as well as many connoisseurs from the local and farming
community.
